I had bed bugs one year and thought I had gotten rid of all of them. But in my research bed bugs can hide without feeding on my blood for as long as a whole year. This year, May 2022, I smelled the mating scent of the female bed bug in the middle of the night. After two months of being in denial, I was being bitten all over what seemed to be baby bed bugs. I called Serge at Sleep-Tite on a Sunday around 4 pm and he answered. He was available immediately that very week. He clearly understood the immediacy I was feeling to get rid of what was biting me and he accommodated this for me. I was projecting onto the bed bug experience I was having that that was the reason I was upset, and I had a lot of questions in this upset state. Serge had answers and patience to take my calls from me in this anxious state. He said he learned to exterminate bed bugs for himself and now he helps others. Serge, proprietor of Sleep-Tite, is very professional in attitude and catered the experience of his service in exterminating bed bugs to my preferences while also guiding me to what was best for me to prepare for his help in the extermination process like bagging up things and putting all possible exposed clothing in the drier for at least half an hour on high heat. Serge also emailed me instructions that I could print and review over and over again as I needed a lot of encouragement through the whole process. Serge of Sleep-Tite communicated with me fully through the experience with authentic caring. Everything was explained up front and he stood by his word to help me with two visits, if necessary. I’m not a big reviewer, but had to put one in for this company! These guys literally gave me my sanity back when having to deal with such a horrific issue! They came in right away as soon as I called and were very thorough and understanding. You could tell they really understood their work, and had much knowledge about exterminating the bedbugs. I got really lucky finding this company. When you have to deal with this kind of issue, it’s best to get a professional that specializes in it. My daughter plays on a travel sports team and stays in hotels frequently. We believe that a bed bug (or 2) used her pillow pet travel companion as a vessel to invade our home. My daughter was bitten for 2 months. We went to 4 Drs who could not diagnose the “rash” until one day my daughter caught one on her bed and we found out it was a bed bug. I contacted Serge and he and his son arrived the next day. I had big concerns about our pet cats getting into the chemicals. Serge listened to my concerns and assured me that they use essential oils in their product that would not harm our pets. He respectfully went the extra mile to avoid any areas where our pets slept or ate to further reassure me they would be fine. I boarded our pets for the day and he and his son did a very thorough job in roughly 4 hours. They found that the bugs were mostly concentrated in the one bedroom and were completely gone after 1 treatment! Nightmare over! We bought a new mattress, encased it as Serge recommended, and my daughter’s “rash” disappeared. I am so grateful and highly recommend their services should you ever need them. Unfortunately somewhere I picked up bed bugs. No idea where or when. I was getting bit a few times every other day or so. Lucky for me I caught it early and called Serge. He was out to inspect the same day. I believe two days later he came out and treated all the upholstered furniture in my house and I have not had a bite since. It’s been 12 days since treatment. It’s a horrible experience and very embarrassing but I really appreciated that he and his family had the same problem. He put me at ease. He understood me and my craziness and my literal trauma. Serge is AWESOME at what he does! He's professional, personable, friendly, and most importantly extremely knowledgeable when it comes to bed bugs. As soon as we realized that we had a problem (luckily for us, it seemed to be contained to one bed/room), we reached out to him. He came very highly recommended, has dealt with them first-hand in his own home, and responded to me immediately. He walked us through every step of the process, what we would need to do to prepare, and answered all of our questions. He arrived on time and took his time to make sure that he treated all of the most important places in our home (beds and furniture) even though the problem seemed to be contained to one room. The pricing was extremely reasonable, especially compared to "big" companies who only come out and spray quickly. Serge sprays, uses heat, AND uses powder to make sure that any bugs that may have somehow survived will quickly die. Initially, I was embarrassed to even call and tell anyone that we had bed bugs. There is an infestation in the apartment complex that i currently live in. I had serge and his son come out to do a treatment of my apartment. This was a few weeks ago but so far so good. I was really happy how serge and his son handled my apartment. Very professional and they made sure they came in and treated every single spot they could think of. They flipped over my couches and my entire bed frame and mattress. Thankfully so far i have only seen one but serge said to not worry since they will be dying off because of all the different types of treatments they did in my unit. Thanks guys!

We discovered an infestation of bed bugs over the holidays after a few relatives had visited a month or so previous. Apparently they weren't finished battling the bed bugs they thought they were finished battling. When we discovered the bedbugs we immediately smashed every one we could see and took the bed right outside and got rid of it since it was old. After looking around at several options online we noticed sleep-tite of bucksmont and all of the positive reviews that he had. So we gave him a call and Serge showed up on New Year's Eve morning and took care of the rest of the problem. He and his son treated the place and left a drying agent around and we have not seen another bed bug since. That one treatment did the trick and we are bed bug free. After a couple nights on an air mattress we went and purchased a new bed and checked the place to make sure we were clear before setting up the new bed. Everything was great and have checked several times since and there are no signs of any bed bugs. I highly recommend sleep-tite.

My housemate and I found bed bugs in the house, not fully sure from where or who and probably never will. I googled bed bug exterminators and found Sleep Tite. The claim of non toxic method and can have dead bed bugs in less than 48 hours sparked my interest over other companies. I called Serge at around 5pm on a Friday night. Serge explained that he and his wife unfortunately had lived through this same experience. I felt reassured he understood the overwhelming battle we were dealing with. After talking with my housemate about the non toxic process used and cost, on Monday I made an appointment for that Saturday. I personally liked the non toxic and the combination of spraying, steam and powder applications used with no overpowering scent. Since we are renters, the bugs went from a relatively minor issue in June into a full infestation by September. We think fee was reasonable for a quick non toxic resolution which includes a return visit if needed. Serge is very knowledgeable about bed bugs. I found Serge to be very personable as well as willing to answer our questions and concerns. He was on time for the service and focused on his task. It has been several weeks now and remain continually grateful for choosing Sleep Tite Bed Bug Removal and highly recommend them.
