Serge was great! His service was thorough and effective. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why and made sure to give us clear instructions to prevent infestation in the future. He also has the integrity to guarantee the pests will go bye bye! His professionalism was unwavering and on a personal note, he seems like a really genuine guy that is not only refreshing but valued in a contractor, as sometimes other ones hearts are seemingly hardened from dealing with rude or downright stupid clients. Not Serge! Never condescending, always down for small talk and he has a way of lifting your spirits, which is great because they are naturally low when dealing with bugs in the house. HE WILL ANSWER THE CALL! Communicates! Friendly! Efficient! Need I say more? I THINK I WILL! Shows up very respectful. He’ll get all the nooks and crannies. He also has an amazing son for back up who is just as efficient. He’s popped up to my home multiple times for my MINOR ISSUES. Well bed bugs aren’t minor in my opinion but the rate at which I was seeing them was and there was very little to zero trace of them. Only one or two at time over a course of two months because we found the problem wasn’t us at all but the next door neighbor. DOENS’T MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL THE ISSUE IS, HE’LL STILL PULL UP MAN! You must give this man a call if you’re in serious need of bed bugs attention. Serge & his son James were hired to help my family with a bed bug infestation. My husband found them on google and liked their story. We always support family businesses. This business is top notch! Serge & James took great care and time in explaining the process and did a fantastic job!  They also helped answered all our questions. We are at peace knowing that our homes were fully treated. Serge and his son were great. Very thorough and reassuring. He came back a second time even tho he probably didn't need to. I was a little freaked out (ok, a LOT freaked out) and he made me feel better every time I texted him. Very prompt at responding too. After previously dealing with the nightmare of bed bugs in my own apartment I had brought them to my moms house! As it turns out we didn't have bedbugs but Serge explained in detail the process of removing them and how he & his son work. Understanding the process is important to getting rid of bed bugs and Serge explains the process well which to me means he knows what he's doing. We were at our worst ends with embarassment and disguise about having Bed bugs! We called a number that was posted and spoke to a great guy named Serge. He was extremely empathetic to our situation He reassured us that he could take care of our problem , Oh my God, He did and  we are so relieved!!
