James came in & not only got busy with getting rid of the bugs but patiently explained the process. He went through the house & treated all cracks & crevices thoroughly. Would we recommend him to others, most definitely.

I had bed bugs one year and thought I had gotten rid of all of them. But in my research bed bugs can hide without feeding on my blood for as long as a whole year. This year, May 2022, I smelled the mating scent of the female bed bug in the middle of the night. After two months of being in denial, I was being bitten all over what seemed to be baby bed bugs. I called Serge at Sleep-Tite on a Sunday around 4 pm and he answered. He was available immediately that very week. He clearly understood the immediacy I was feeling to get rid of what was biting me and he accommodated this for me. I was projecting onto the bed bug experience I was having that that was the reason I was upset, and I had a lot of questions in this upset state. Serge had answers and patience to take my calls from me in this anxious state. He said he learned to exterminate bed bugs for himself and now he helps others. Serge, proprietor of Sleep-Tite, is very professional in attitude and catered the experience of his service in exterminating bed bugs to my preferences while also guiding me to what was best for me to prepare for his help in the extermination process like bagging up things and putting all possible exposed clothing in the drier for at least half an hour on high heat. Serge also emailed me instructions that I could print and review over and over again as I needed a lot of encouragement through the whole process. Serge of Sleep-Tite communicated with me fully through the experience with authentic caring. Everything was explained up front and he stood by his word to help me with two visits, if necessary. They came in right away as soon as I called and were very thorough and understanding. You could tell they really understood their work, and had much knowledge about exterminating the bedbugs. I got really lucky finding this company. When you have to deal with this kind of issue, it’s best to get a professional that specializes in it. I am 100% satisfied and very grateful for the service that they have provided. Also, super friendly and very trustworthy. Highly highly recommend.

Serge and James from Sleep Tite Bed Bug Removal Service went above and beyond to help an elderly veteran who had a problem in his home. There are not enough positive things to say about their work, kindness and professionalism.

My daughter plays on a travel sports team and stays in hotels frequently. We believe that a bed bug (or 2) used her pillow pet travel companion as a vessel to invade our home. My daughter was bitten for 2 months. We went to 4 Drs who could not diagnose the “rash” until one day my daughter caught one on her bed and we found out it was a bed bug. I contacted Serge and he and his son arrived the next day. I had big concerns about our pet cats getting into the chemicals. Serge listened to my concerns and assured me that they use essential oils in their product that would not harm our pets. He respectfully went the extra mile to avoid any areas where our pets slept or ate to further reassure me they would be fine. I boarded our pets for the day and he and his son did a very thorough job in roughly 4 hours. They found that the bugs were mostly concentrated in the one bedroom and were completely gone after 1 treatment! Nightmare over! We bought a new mattress, encased it as Serge recommended, and my daughter’s “rash” disappeared. I am so grateful and highly recommend their services should you ever need them. Unfortunately somewhere I picked up bed bugs. No idea where or when. I was getting bit a few times every other day or so. Lucky for me I caught it early and called Serge. He was out to inspect the same day. I believe two days later he came out and treated all the upholstered furniture in my house and I have not had a bite since. It’s been 12 days since treatment. It’s a horrible experience and very embarrassing but I really appreciated that he and his family had the same problem. He put me at ease. He understood me and my craziness and my literal trauma.
